Hello! I am working on putting together a lunch and learn for our office. The audience will consist of architects, designer, drafters, construction administrator, and our secretary, who compiles all the specifications. I want to discuss the many different phases of a project and am looking for a graphic or easy to read / understand description of the different phases of a basic commercial project. Would anyone know where I can find such a thing?
And, if you're
lucky, you'll get paid for all of those...

You mean people actually get to go past SD on a commercial project? Usually, the contractor just takes the drawings after SD and builds it however they wanted.

Do you have an ARE study materials in your office? Kaplan/Ballast/etc., That's where I would look.
AIA Document B101 ... scope of services.
SD, DD, CD, CA, AS1, AS2, AS3, AS4...
