tips for designing an efficient core in a high rise building?

my staff keep rejecting my core design. please help T_T

I've heard abdominal crunches, knee curls, plank holds, and hip lifts are all effective strategies for an efficient core.  Might I suggest you start there.  With a few weeks of strengthening, your staff may soon be impressed with your core.
