It is not just a replication of it...
It is another designer...
But who?
That's an original Ries van der Mohe.
And his famous Bakersfield chair.

Turn it over and look for a maker or manufacturer marking. I think its a Scandinavian mid-century designer. It looks vaguely familiar.
DC is correct. It is an Ingmar Relling design made by the Westnofa company (Norway)in the 1960s. Usually they were made with a bentwood frame. The steel frame pictured is somewhat rare. There are several variations of the design.
4 seconds of internet research turned this up on the Knoll website. Licensed reproduction of Mies's classic. Yours for six grand.
