As was said on the previous page, the problem of compensation for architectural work is not something that be solved by organized labor in the sense of workers vs. management. It should be workers and management vs. clientele. currently the clientele is absolutely fucking us. But of course, there is also a lot of self-owning going on, at every level in the profession. It's good that younger architects are raising these issues.
