Desks range from $500- $650 per desk/month depending on the number rented, which includes utilities, high speed internet, Wifi, network connection to our color large format printer, weekly cleaning, daily trash removals, use of small meeting table, interiors sample library, water cooler, refrigerator and microwave.
The building, which is a well-known creative hub housing many successful architecture & interior design firms, has 24/7 attended lobby, bike room and is convenient to almost all subway lines.
