Hi- I was wondering if anyone here has any experience using Lumion. It seems like a really cool rendering program that works with Revit. I would like any comments on it.
It's expensive, its interface is fucking atrocious (stick to what you know, don't reinvent the wheel when you're designing a car), and it makes some good images. It's only as good as your model+textures and your eye. If you can't take a good photo, you'll not get much benefit from using Lumion.
It's best at videos because they're generally more difficult than they are worth, but Lumion makes is simple enough to do them in house. The people are fugly, GTAV and Farcry have better people.
