A bunch of 3D visualization people (pretty picture), few 2d CAD drawings provided people, of the 2D drawings people, services seemed to range between $5-$20 with many providing "code checks" etc, drafting for commercial buildings, and "submissions" (is that supposed to be like permitting) as part of their $20 fee.  They all seemed like they were possibly out of country.

Of the pictures shown of example services rendered, I didn't see any setback info, and locational info, or really anything that might suggest drawings were created for permit in a specific area.  

I guess this would be a cheap way of getting something that looked more official from your own field measurements, especially if you're a home owner who doesn't own software or know how to draft.
