I am Permanent Resident of Australia and a registered  Architect in my country(Philippines). I am planning to apply for a registration here in Australia, but there is one requirement that I having a hard time to understand. I tried to call the AACA for some clarification and further explanation but they told me that however I understand it, that's it. Can anyone here help me understand the following pic
