I have been working on architecture for the last 5 years (1year remotely) on mainly high end one off residential building in NZ. I have just been offered by a new company to do the working drawings for a 30 unit complex in the city and of course I am willing to take on the challenge. The issue is they have asked me to provide an estimate on the amount of hours this whole project will take. Having only done single residential builds, pricing this project is way out of my knowledge. Would you have any advice or indication on how many hours something like this would be?
