I was just wondering what kind of work experience should be included when applying for jobs in this field.?
what kind of descriptions are potential employers looking for when hiring an architect, designer, technologist or intern?
Should the resume only include architecture related work experience?
If you have done freelance work, should you include that aswell?
I'm finding it confusing what to include because sometimes job descriptions are either very specific with the amount of years of experience they require or software. But based industry related work experience I feel that all the bases are covered on being able to fill the role and job requirements.

Where you worked and what you did while working there, same goes for where you studied and what you did there.
