Help me find the name of this or the current photo!

Good day everyone, 

I'm looking for a high resolution file for the attached photo. and i really need to know what is the name of this? 

is it victorian? French classic deco art? vintage wall panel?.. Please help. I need thing print it on the wall in my house!!

The French term for a carved wooden panel above the wainscoting is a 'boiserie', (my new word of the day) but this is a painting of one? It does look Rococo.
