I think that is very difficult to build new smart offices. The Corporate are changing approach, they wont eliminate the offices cellular with all open spaces. This trend if of a site it produce virtual sharing among employer, the opposite site it create a lot of problem. All employers  loser  concentration, focus and productivity.

I red some survey, about the important research from some institute of health. A lot of employers are working five days for weeks, because them bring an illness.
