Anyone formed an LLC in NYC recently? Do you know anything about the required publishing process? I'm trying to avoid blindly paying someone to do this for me but information about it is much harder to find than you would think...
I already registered the LLC - that's not a problem - but this is a specific requirement:
Within 120 days of formation of a New York LLC, the LLC must publish a notice in two (2) newspapers, once a week, for a period of six (6) consecutive weeks, as follows...
