I recently accepted a job as an "intermediate architect" ...but my title when I started was job captain
Because every firm is different in terms of titles I think they say "intermediate architect" to recruit people ...then when your hired they determine your title

What is an intermediate architect?
I ve seen this many times from the employment section.
what is this mean anyway?
How is it different than project architect?
Does it have to do with the license?
who cares...
but ok, intermediate means in-between. so maybe 4-8 years experience. licensed or not.
project architect can be like an intermediate architect, but they are oftentimes licensed, because in some places this title means seniority.
But usually theyre the same thing, so thats why me brain does not care. I think somebody asked this question before
Architect,Partner-in charge, Architect of Record, Design Architect...now thats got jazz
One step up from the guy getting the coffee. That is how I see it.
