limit your portfolio to 5-6 projects / 14-18 pages.
Resume is illegible. Headshot is obnoxious.
Spreads are way, way too dense, and your project descriptions are very difficult to read.
The work looks interesting, but the presentation is dreadful.

Looks like you just copied that one guy's generic architecture portfolio template with the messy layering and broken opacity.

You need to figure out a sequence of the projects according to typology or date. The work looks unique but need more illustrations to explain it.
I really like the last part containing the details.
Limit the number of pages, its too much!
However, its blended with good schemes.
