Nova Scotia strawberries are near the end of their season here. they are smaller, softer and sweeter than the bigger, early California strawberries, but still not as sweet as our dear, cherished Strawbeary...
"liminal moments" - those moments apart from time, when you are gripped, taken - when you are so fully absorbed in what you are doing, that time ceases to exist.
i am digging liminal. i love the time that passes during "liminal moments." my best design work takes place when i don't realize the nights over until the sun is shining through my window.
Picky, yes, but as far as I know, it is the only English word without an actual vowel - specifially where the vowel sound is at the front, and also the 'thm', where an e, i or y should be inserted.
Driftwood - good point. However, I think it is the 'thm' part of Rhythm where a complete lack of vowel still allows a syllable, rather than the 'y' part. My mistake/wrong reference.

wasn't it C S Lewis who said that the most erotic word in the English language is 'chaste'?
Elucidate - for its combination of soft and hard phonetics.
Rhythm - the only english word without a vowel.
