Can you tell how good an architect is by a single project?
Who gets to choose the project? The Architect or the person rating? As TaliesinAGG points out, many architects have a portfolio of projects they are not proud of, but it paid the bills and allowed them to do those few projects that they were really interested in.
Architects and like Actors in that respect. Take Bill Murray. The man could seemingly do no wrong, but let's not forget he voiced Garfield. George Clooney as Batman? The list is really quite endless. Even the stararchitects have a back catalog of projects that they have done their best to hide.

Hilarious. I like how you take the damning things as fact and the benign as fiction.
if i was to develop a quick rule of thumb for this, it would be something like:
all good projects are designed by good architects
not all bad projects are designed by bad architects
You hadn't made a mean-spirited, snide and condescending post in almost a whole week! Thought this would lure you here.
No, but you can tell how bad a client is.
if you don't get sued, then its a successful project!
