i've tried to avoid working on anything in a country with human rights abuses, which is almost impossible these days. i think i'd have a hard time with lab/educational facilities that experiment on animals...

I think a number of us do every day.
On second thought, maybe replace "number" with "few" or "handful" given the current economy.
