I'm not a fan of minimalist portfolios, but most people on here are. Graphically it looks great, if a bit empty at times. Lack of descriptive text is a nice touch. Drawings at the very end stick out. They look so dirty in comparison to the sterile quality of computer generated stuff. You can even take the last part out. The rest is strong enough.
The few times you do use text, it's really, really faint. To the point that text becomes very noticeable for its lack of presence.
Projects are very nice (if fearful of human interaction).
The emphasis on process is what works - now add some narrative to describe the process. I like the clean minimalist approach, sort of a B.I.G. check out B.I.G.dk for what I am getting at.
cool stuff winter bro, just not sure about that bookshelf on page 34. maybe it needs to be transparent, or maybe it just needs to be something else. kudos for making me look like a fool by pointing out a bookcase (of all things) in a 54 page architecture portfolio.
if the font looks good on the printed page, then cool times two.
damn, really nice job. Searching for things to criticize...
Is it necessary to have your physical models at the end instead of with the projects you completed them for? Also, the "drawings, sketches" section, besides the first one, look sloppy when seen next to all the other work. I don't think they help you and could easily be removed.
Hand sketch on page 38 looks really nice. Maybe another one of those somewhere?
Undergrad in process portfolio critique
