is there any semi-transparent material that can be worked to hyperboloidally?

now we are working on a hyperboloidal roof, and we want it to be combined by several pieces of semi-transparent material. maybe we will first cut mode in CNC and then bend the material with hot.

can you recommend some material ?( ETFE is too soft so we do not want to use that)

all hyperboloid structures I've seen have some kind of rigid frame structure (wire, sticks, etc...) then a surface applied over the top - probably because mathematically it's just a bunch of straight lines. it's a little strange that you're approaching it as some kind of organic surface.
