KPA was retained by Vornado Realty Trust to perform master plan services for Penn Plaza with the goal of reinvigorating the Plaza's identity as a global retail destination and transportation hub. KPA provided recommendations for re-positioning commercial retail spaces as well as pedestrian and vehicular circulation. Studies included major renovations of existing buildings, additions, and new ground-up construction.
