Robert P. Madison International, Inc. (RPMI) is the Associate Architect for the Cleveland Medical Mart and Convention Center Project.  RPMI had responsibility as the bridging architect to take the Lead Architect’s’ early design development drawings and produce the Contract Documents.  In this fast track project, RPMI issued the final package, including interiors, in only 7 months.  RPMI is architecturally responsible for 276,500 gross square feet of this project, including the most highly finished spaces.  RPMI was also responsible for fully coordinating the project with numerous consultants to ensure a complete set of documents.  RPMI is providing Construction Administration Services.
