The Seiberling Community Learning Center is to be built on the current approx. 9.58-acre site. This new 66,707 square foot facility is being constructed for grades K-6.  Incorporated into the design is 9,500 square feet of Locally Funded (LFI) space to accommodate additional academic space requirements and other needs to better serve Akron Public Schools and the community. The project is currently tracking USGBC LEED Silver and will include geothermal well field for energy effeciency.
