Robert P. Madison International, Inc. (RPMI) is Associate Architect for the Phase 1 Casino located in the Higbee Building. RPMI is involved with Code Study, all vertical transportation, including stairs, escalators and elevators. RPMI is also responsible for the entire interior core and shell of the third floor which includes Offices, High Stakes Poker and V.I.P. Lounge.
