For the NYC Economic Development Corporation, BFA is designing the retail shopping concourses in the two Staten Island Ferry terminal buildings at St. George, Staten Island, and Whitehall Street in Manhattan. The project entails design and construction documents for the storefronts, lighting and signage for the public shopping zones, as well as the Tenant Design Guidelines for the individual stores. Shops are expected to be open for business in 2011.
