For the New York City Department of Parks and Recreation, the project entailed the renovation of a historic 1902 bathhouse, and  the construction of a major addition. The 23,000 SF building contains a swimming pool, gymnasium, fitness center, aerobics studio, new lockers and multi-purpose community rooms. Landscape work for the outdoor recreation area is scheduled for completion in 2014.
