New York, NY
Belmont Freeman Architects has designed a 6,000 sf space in downtown Brooklyn to create a new primary care facility for members of the Freelancers Union’s health insurance program. The healthcare center focuses as much on preventive medicine and healthy lifestyle maintenance as on conventional medical services. In addition to primary care exams rooms and consultation rooms for health coaching, the suite contains classrooms for yoga and guided meditation classes, and a kitchen for cooking demonstrations.
