The local government wanted the redesign of this great avenue in order to define a new important city area. That is why the main features of the project are the following: aestethic unity, as all the design is based on the same principles, outstanding by placing landmarks along the street, revitalizing, grouping public activities for the citizens and finally sustainable because of the application of the  most advanced technics of sustainable planning (SUDS).
