The glass form of the building references to the symbolism of the bridge (with its wooden beam structure) that wraps around its design. The building (6 thousand sq metres) with hotel and residential functions is perched on a wooden square that reflects the spirit of a luxury seaside tavern. This treatment combines the waterside function with that of the restaurant located on the ground floor. The last (fourth) storey of the building has been designed as a viewing terrace, linked by the viewing axle with the hotel building (Sky bar), and it gives the feeling of unity of modern architecture in the historical environment of the Bydgoszcz Venice.
