The Marshall Foundation owns a prominent building located just off the campus of the University of Arizona, with prime tenant space on the ground level. The marketing and branding departments approached the foundation to convert an old book store into their new offices. We were honored to provide the designs and construction documents for the new space. With high ceilings and an open, industrial feel, the team wanted to preserve some of that feel as well as bring the latest in design and technology to this space that will allow for prominent clientele to experience a much better first impression than at their existing location. Open private offices with floor to ceiling glazing, sliding glass doors, and expandable large conference area, open cubicle work areas with remote working areas, and a new loft with spiral staircase will allow the team members to have flexibility in their approach to working. Other unique features include restoring original basketball court flooring at the entry, a new multi media studio, and a re-used British phone booth for private calling.
