Working with the City of Santa Monica, 8 existing downtown parking structures were renovated.
The project involved over 2 million square feet and included improvements to facades, pedestrian access and lighting. The program involved the installation of public art and over 1000 solar panels. The project was completed in 2010 and is expected to achieve LEED “Gold” Certification.
