The Palmdale Senior Housing project provides 75 units, primarily one bedrooms, to low and very low income seniors. It is part of the overall master plan developed by Pugh Scarpa Kodama (a predecessor firm) in the Palmdale Civic Center area, which includes a Senior Center, park, and 250 units of senior housing. The project is designed as a series of structures that encircle a community garden and open space. It also provides a community room, laundry, mailroom, library and offices. Project by Pugh + Scarpa.
