The project offers a fair balance between contemporary architecture and integration in a very old fabric characterized. Historic fabric as if it generated within it a piece of modernity.
The morphology of the project evokes vernacular forms like cloisters since several buildings are organized around voids of various sizes. It flows along the course by tunneling through the thickness of the buildings. These are all empty breaths allowing existing buildings to have a sunshine preserved.

The project includes five buildings that are built around several courtyards, all different, to create the necessary breaths between buildings, and developing the gardens.
