The alteration and renovation of the southern lounge at the Renaissance New York Times Square Hotel revolves around the notions of transformation and flexibility.  Serving as a breakfast dining area in the morning and a lounge in the evening, furniture layouts are rearranged and custom-designed expandable tables are transformed to accommodate the appropriate program.  Located at the northern bivium of Times Square, the chronological layouts are influenced by the panoramic views of the renowned square.
