Design combination and renovation of two hotels in Miami Beach’s historic Art Deco district. The conceptual theme of the interior design is a modern interpretation of the Art Deco style of the surrounding neighborhood. The scope includes interior renovation of the hotel creating 99 guestrooms and suites, guestroom corridors and upgrade of the lobby.
