This department is located in Lomas de Chapultepec in a semicircular tower, one of the main challenges presented by this project. The location of the entrance, just to the space center, the axis was determined the distribution of the areas, which were placed concentrically, according to detailed architectural program that gave customers. Public areas enjoy magnificent views of the wooded areas surrounding the building and private areas are separated for privacy.
The living and dining room are one space delimited by the large windows and light wood covered wall to accentuate the spaciousness and brightness of the entire area. To separate the environment antecomedor a low wall covered with limestone quarry was placed. The Wall walking space serves as a great service container and inside you will find access to the elevator, the toillet , table linen closets and white cupboard and one of the locker room master bedroom, so so that a volume is created with wood and conceptual core element of the project .
The wood stave selected for floors has various colors that enhance your vein and positioned radially to give the same sense of movement. The move to the private area of the apartment is through a sliding wooden door that hides within it lambrin lobby. In the master bedroom there is natural ventilation for the bathroom closet. Also a second bedroom that shares the family room area that highlights the great furniture that is specially design for space playing with walnut wood, zebrano and pre composite sheet.
For existing furniture to setting some modifications to match the new elements and result in a modern atmosphere with lots of personality were used. All space has a comprehensive lighting system, which also controls the blinds, and a central distribution system audio and video. In the kitchen was used for imported porcelain floors, furniture in red and white lacquer and stainless steel to make a high contrast with the rest of the areas.
