Corporativo P8

One of the main challenges of this project was taking full advantage of the triangular floor plan to have excellent functionality for this corporate. The correct design of the building provided an open plan and as the project required the full floor the different areas were organized in the two-axis parallel to the facades, resulting in a wide environment full of light.

The direction area is formed by 4 simple private offices, two meeting rooms and services. A box was defined to contain the single offices for individual work for each director; all with glass fronts to let the façade light through. These privates form a vast corridor where were located a meeting room with a 10 places table and another one —just in the corner— in a residential style to have presentations and video meetings in a more casual format that enjoys the extent and lightness of the location.

The operative area is completely open and the full potential of the height was used to create a work environment with everything necessary to ensure the well being of the whole team. A couple of private offices were assigned to the managers that need privacy for their activities, tables for small staff meetings and with visitors and a cafeteria that was also decided to keep in a closed space.

The warmth of the materials stands out in combination with the color palette in shades of gray creating a nice contrast between the black slab and the wood floor. The furniture, besides being light and functional, was organized in line with the work teams achieving a highly productive environment noted by the accents in green color.
