Los Robles Avenue between Cordova Street and East Del Mar Boulevard is transitioning into a vibrant mixture of multi-family ecosystems.  This project seeks to be a bridge between its four-story neighbor to the south and its eight-story neighbor to the north.  Ample outdoor space is found not only on its shared rooftop but also at the ground floor, and what emerges is a much-needed urban forest welcoming both the resident and the passerby alike.
