This project consists of both live-work and affordable units. In response to the constraints of a transitional site, TGK synthesized an architectural response that reflects the local heritage of the neighborhood. The site plan resembles a humble palazzo with an internal motor-cortile surrounded by dwellings, creating somewhat of a small community within.
