Bounded by a maximum threshold of 220 square feet per unit, the key is to provide ample shared amenity spaces. This project, proximal to the CalTech and PCC campuses, will be a haven for students and young adults, with a communal pool deck, gym, lounge, study niches, and a kitchen fit for a chef. Each unit comes complete with a generous private patio.
