Careful attention has been made when considering this project’s contributions to its local context.  Massing steps back from Hudson Avenue, creating an intimate garden courtyard.  Second, fourth, and fifth floor setbacks offer private terraces, culminating with a generous rooftop garden amenity.  While the massing is ordered and traditional, the materiality and large windows lean toward modernity.  This project is seeking LEED Silver Certification.
