Redevelopment of a 5.8-acre former commercial bakery facility at the southern end of the Grant Park neighborhood.  The 4 existing non-descript office and warehouse buildings were modified and adapted to create a new commercial destination for the neighborhood mixing together bars, restaurants, artist spaces and a variety of other local uses.  In addition to serving the surrounding neighborhood, the project also serves as a future destination for the southside Beltline trail.
