This “new” downtown project for the City of Alpharetta was designed to create a true urban experience that serves as the center for the city.  Working to infill between Main Street and City Hall, the project creates a new, walkable urban shopping and restaurant district.  Buildings were designed with a variety of distinct and unique historic styles intended to make the project feel like it has always been there.  Retail storefronts were designed to be unique and handcrafted, restaurant spaces incorporate lively patios, rooftop decks and dining gardens under historic oak trees.  The ultimate goal was to create a diverse, thriving and real downtown experience that functions as the heart for the City of Alpharetta.
