Adaptive reuse of an old grain mill into an office, entertainment and restaurant district.  The heart of the project is the re-use of the 70-year-old, 120-foot-tall mill tower and silos that are signature elements of downtown Chamblee and feature views of all of metro Atlanta.  More details to follow as the project progresses.
