Decades ago, a fire had left the corner on Lark and Madison with only a remnant of the once-historic building, previously a neighborhood pharmacy, and most recently, a local Indian food restaurant and bar. The owner came to 3t with intentions to re-build the corner appropriately for the quaint but busy Lark Street, famous in Albany for music and arts festivals. A three story, mixed-use structure will complete the textured urban fabric of the historic streetscape and act as a gateway to the renowned neighborhood, thanks to 3t's sensitive design.
