The outcome of a community charrette that occurred over four days with over 380 stakeholders participating, the Sheridan Hollow Project is a private/public collaboration, with 3t acting as the design firm for the Master Plan. The proposed community will be comprised of green areas, new streetscapes, mixed-use buildings, and new service alleys serving both affordable and market-rate housing. Of this, Housing Visions Consultants is constructing 17 buildings with 54 rental units, many of which will be affordable townhouses. In addition, there will also be two mixed-use buildings with office and retail on the ground floor and apartments above.
