As part of a larger master plan that includes apartments, townhomes, retail shops, and restaurants situated on a prominent 37-acre parcel in Latham, New York, the walk-able, village-like community atmosphere endeavors to link the many programmatic components and their respective design languages together while maintaining the New Urbanist approach of the overall site. 

This 32,000 + SF building can accommodate 11,000 SF of commercial space on the ground floor with spacious loft-style apartments on the upper two floors. Developed with the master plan, the first building makes its own unique statement while setting the tone for the remaining buildings that will be located throughout the mixed-use development.
