This project is for the design of the landscape surrounding an apartment building in the Jackson Heights neighborhood of Queens, New York.  The project includes an inner courtyard garden that features a cedar pergola framed by paths that cut through varied planting beds.  The courtyard design transformed unsightly light well with a bare dirt floor and drainage problems into a verdant place of repose for tenants and their guests.
