The project proposes the redevelopment of the site into a walkable, multi-family rental community at a density of 65.6 du/acre, designed consistent with the El Camino Real Corridor criteria outlined in Mountain View's 2030 General Plan and the Grand Boulevard Initiative.
The proposed project includes a four-story residential building over a one-level subterranean garage, with common area amenities located throughout the ground floor level. The community will include 150 market rate apartments (95 1-bedroom units and 55 2-bedroom units), approximately 4,000 sf of common area/leasing space fronting El Camino and 228 parking spaces.
