Background

There is a lot of talk about Africa, the city, and its youth as the future. But architecture as a service or profession is out of reach for this demographic which represents 65% of the world’s future population so they are shut out of real estate and out of the future of their continent’s development. Ministry of Architecture’s mission is to democratize architecture and real estate so that all classes of people: urban poor / rich, young / old can afford real estate of any kind they desire to develop.
